Optimize
An internet project only truly starts when it goes online. Users come and the the site starts to live. New information is added and the site starts evolving immediately.
Useful insights may be gained by observing users’ actual behavior, analyzing how they found the site and learning what they were looking for when they found it. These insights can only be gained once the site is live. They tells us how to improve the site to better serve its visitors or meet your organization’s objectives.
Activities during the Optimization Phase include:
- Web traffic analysis: analyzing traffic patterns enables us to map users’ behavior click-by-click. It also tells us how users got to the site - the keywords they used in search engines, or the link they followed to get to the site.
- Traffic generation: various strategies are used to increase traffic to the site. Search engine optimization, for example, consists of a set of techniques aimed at improving the ranking of the site in search engines (external) and at disclosing relevant information more efficiently within the site (internal). Online advertising based on keywords is another proven technique for getting more people on the site. We offer different solutions for online advertising management and optimization.
- Enhancing: the user experience: we combine knowledge about the site visitor from business intelligence (BI) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to create a better user experience. Users are able to access the most relevant information in the easiest possible way throughout their visit to the site.
Insights gained from measuring and observing user behavior are translated into improvements to the user interface, information architecture and content of the site.
