Information architect

You will...

• analyze the requirements of the client and the needs of the end user
• think out a concept solution that brings the client’s requirements in line with the end user’s needs
• translate that solution in wireframes and navigational structures
• guide the design process
• take the lead in quality control, during and after the realization phase
• communicate with the client

You should ...

• know how to set up the information architecture of a site and work out the interaction design of applications
• be a master at creating wireframes, working out site structures and writing functional definition documents
• be able to work independently as well as in a team
• know the ins and outs of web standards
• respect the good practices of information architecture
• have some basic project management skills
• speak and write Dutch and English fluently; if you are also fluent in French, that is a plus
• know a thing or two about search engine optimisation (SEO) and/or web analytics

You will ...

• be the client's contact for online projects
• manage your projects from a to z, including the budget
• keep your team on track
• think out concepts with your team
• sell your team’s solutions enthusiastically to your clients
• monitor the quality of each project step
• maintain a long-term relationship with your clients
• have an eye for new opportunities

You should ...

• eat and breathe the web
• have experience in managing large projects as well a smaller projects at the same time
• be passionate about all things information architecture, user experience and great interfaces
• have managed projects built on CMS or know about the front-end development of applications
• not rest until your projects are planned and organized to your satisfaction
• speak and write Dutch and English fluently; if you are also fluent in French, that is a plus
