- Have 3 to 5 years experience in interface design for sites and online applications
- Have sufficient knowledge of good information architecture and interaction design in order to respect the best practices in that field
- Have a solid understanding of navigation and GUI to maximize usability
- Be creative and work pixel perfect
- Preferably have some experience with responsive design
- Feel right at home in the online world
- Be a natural-born problem solver
- Know how to deal with stress, be flexible, reliable and show initiative
