We recently developed our own framework to considerably simplify website measuring with Google Analytics or any other analytics tool: WAIA or “Web Analytics Internet Architects”. It enables webmasters to not only define exactly what will be measured but also to customize the analytics code to specific needs. These quick adjustments are especially useful to measure the impact of changes to a website’s usability and adapt the affected pages accordingly. In short, WAIA is an indispensable tool for any webmaster.

Measuring is knowing. That is why we have in-house experts with experience in Google Analytics (Certified), Sitestat (Certified), DC Storm, and WebTrends. And we know all about behavior analytics as well, such as with ClickTale.

Testing the usability of an online presence is always good practice, be it early in the development of a site or when the site is live.

We are convinced that testing during early development really pays off. We often use our in-house proof-of-concept tool that allows us to create a fully functioning demo site. Any changes made at this stage in the project are far less costly than when development is mostly done.
