Also, the phasing in our methodology is not necessarily a sequential process. Experience had taught us that the different phases can overlap and provide mutual feedback.

As architects we leave the back-end construction work and the programming to the experts. However, we always do the front-end development in-house because its good quality is imperative for an optimal user experience.

Our realize services further include copywriting, making templates, perfecting the design and doing quality assurance by providing coaching, guidance and support.

Any online presence is truly tested as soon as it is online. Only then can it start evolving and can we optimize its goals and conversion rate. User feedback helps us to refine the interface, improve the information architecture and perfect the design.

We analyze the web traffic and map the user behavior to spot trends and fine-tune the online presence. But that is not all. Optimization can also include day-to day support and training.
