In a growing number of shops your online orders are even delivered at your car. To support their continuous e-commerce growth and an ever-expanding product offer, Carrefour needed to future-proof its e-shop. They turned to us: their dedicated partner for UX and front-end development on food e-commerce.

Engineered to stay ahead

In September 2015 we launched a radical redesign of the Carrefour Drive site. Consumers can now identify what they want from Carrefour’s constantly growing product range at a glance, discover all instore promotions, select their order intuitively and place it in seconds. Smoother navigation, a more user-friendly interface, and faster access to the products improve the shopping experience, and streamlines the order-to-check-out process.

With Carrefour’s business plans and long-term e-commerce roadmap in mind, we also laid the foundations for easier management of shoppers’ personal lists and favourites.
