For the last three years, we’ve been working on the Europeana Fashion project. We took care of the usability and evaluation of the website, but we were also involved in the concept, graphic design and front-end development. Recently, the website was officially launched. Kevin, our project manager presented it during the final meeting in Antwerp.

During this final meeting, the project reviewers of the European Commission acknowledged that the project has fully achieved its objectives and goals. It has, as they say, even exceeded their expectations. The Project Officer also stated that this has been so far the best Europeana project they reviewed.

But the success and quality of the project didn’t go unnoticed in the US either, as Europeana Fashion has been awarded by the American Alliance of Museums Media and Technology Professional Network with the Bronze MUSE Award for its series of edit-a-thons.

We’re very happy and proud to be a part of this project, which we have been working on for the past three years. Have a look at the platform: Europeana Fashion.

A faster website only bears fruit. Like we’ve told before: your customers’ time is your money. As your website loads faster, less people will abandon your website, they will stay longer and ultimately your bounce rate will benefit. A good performing website even impacts SEO, making sure it’ll be easier for (potential) customers to find you. A faster website improves conversion, it increases visitor satisfaction and it reduces visitor abandonment.
