In-house team to improve Carrefour Drive experience

To further develop the customer experience of their Carrefour Drive food site, Carrefour Belgium recently asked us to upscale our continuous UX support with a dedicated in-house project team. A product owner and two business analysts will be assisting Carrefour Belgium’s digital team full time with the UX enhancement of the order-to-collect site.


The longstanding user experience partner of Carrefour Belgium, we already handled a first redesign of the Carrefour food site in 2015, which resulted in a faster and more user-friendly interface, fluent order-to-check-out process and future-proof architecture.
