Internet Architects welcomes 5 new experts. Let’s meet them:
Our most experienced new colleague, Toon Lowette (60) joins the team as Content Strategist. Toon has been a longtime partner of Customer Carewords. He is currently strengthening our UX team at the European Commission, which is embracing the Top Task methodology in our rework of the EC’s digital strategy. Toon is also bringing his colleagues up to speed on the benefits of this methodology for other clients and projects.
Marcel Cramer (41) is our latest Online Strategist and Account Manager. He has over 14 years of experience in the online world, which he gained at Bol.com, Sony Benelux, Intertrust Group and Truvo. Marcel is passionate about defining digital strategies that truly contribute to an organization’s goals. He is looking forward to partnering up with clients and working on future-proof strategies. At the office, he very much appreciates our professional yet informal working climate – dixit Marcel.
Freya Van de gaer (32) is our newest Concept Developer. She gained considerable experience in user experience design, mainly through her work at ING and for our colleagues at Namahn. Freya was especially attracted by the diversity in our projects and clients. She has always dreamed of working for large and complex organizations such as the European Commission, where good UX can make a real difference for a lot of people, and where sharing expertise and teamwork are key. And now she does.
Erlend Debast (28) who started his career as a web and interface designer at various web agencies, joins our team of Information Architects. Erlend is committed to “replacing ‘storytelling’ by ‘storydoing’ (service design) and to focusing on the customer experience”. He feels this is easier to achieve in a true digital agency that focuses on translating business goals into customer-centric UX design.
Finally we are very pleased to have Ann Van den Broeck (33) as our new Office Manager. Looking for a job with more responsibility, she found our ‘young and ambitious’ team and professional approach particularly appealing. Ann is teaming up with Hilde Van de Vijver, who is now our Manager Internal Services. This reassignment of tasks will allow Hilde to focus more on talent management, on balance in diversity and on making sure that we can continue working towards being a people-oriented company, even as we grow strongly.
And what about you?
We always love to hear from ambitious people who are eager to join our team and contribute to our growth. Do you recognize yourself in one of these job descriptions? Then contact us today!
