Telenet’s Rex en Rio are Yelo-ready

Logo Rex and Rio

October 2013: Telenet launches Rex and Rio, two completely new digital TV packages that were put together to please even the most demanding viewers. For a fixed monthly fee, you can enjoy series and films any time on your TV.

November 2013: Telenet incorporates Rex and Rio into YeloTV and opens the door to a truly unlimited viewing experience on any screen: TV, laptops, tablets and smartphones. Thanks to this Yelo integration, Telenet customers can now also watch more than 2000 films and series on any computer or through the iOS, Android or Windows 8 apps for mobile devices.

Internet Architects designed this new cross-platform Yelo concept and made it ready to present the Rex and Rio digital TV offerings. We drew the wireframes, delivered the graphic design for the site and the various apps on iOS, Android and Windows 8, and we wrote the front-end code. From now on, Telenet’s films and series will be integrated seamlessly into viewing packages (Rex/Rio/Sporting Telenet) and are easy to filter and search. We also reworked the Yelo Help section.

A faster website only bears fruit. Like we’ve told before: your customers’ time is your money. As your website loads faster, less people will abandon your website, they will stay longer and ultimately your bounce rate will benefit. A good performing website even impacts SEO, making sure it’ll be easier for (potential) customers to find you. A faster website improves conversion, it increases visitor satisfaction and it reduces visitor abandonment.
