Testing the ‘+’ in Fed+ for UX and usability

Fed+ is a service for civil servants and their families, offering an array of benefits and reductions for all kinds of (leisure) activities. Their website fedplus.be is now up for scrutiny by our UX experts.

We are organizing usability tests to find out if the site and its services meet the users’ expectations. To this end, our own UX experts will have a test group perform a series of actions on the site. We will carefully monitor their reactions and responses and then distill all useful user feedback into a report with suggestions for optimizing Fed+. This report can serve as the basis to refine the interface, improve the information architecture or perfect the visual design.

A faster website only bears fruit. Like we’ve told before: your customers’ time is your money. As your website loads faster, less people will abandon your website, they will stay longer and ultimately your bounce rate will benefit. A good performing website even impacts SEO, making sure it’ll be easier for (potential) customers to find you. A faster website improves conversion, it increases visitor satisfaction and it reduces visitor abandonment.
