A fresh perspective on UXDesign

The May UX Beers Meetup at our offices was a big success. We had a lovely turnout: lots of familiar faces and UX peers to network and have a beer with.

Sander Spolspoel and Niki Lin quenched our audience’s thirst for new insights, and offered them an interesting and fresh perspective on UX design. In an animated talk (pun intended) Sander focused on how to make an animation of a user interface, while Niki addressed UX design with a CMS in mind.

You weren’t able to attend? Not to worry. Just go to the Meetup-page for an impression of the evening. Watch the pics, the videos we’ve recorded (links below the page), or take a look at the SlideShare presentations both Sander and Niki prepared.

A faster website only bears fruit. Like we’ve told before: your customers’ time is your money. As your website loads faster, less people will abandon your website, they will stay longer and ultimately your bounce rate will benefit. A good performing website even impacts SEO, making sure it’ll be easier for (potential) customers to find you. A faster website improves conversion, it increases visitor satisfaction and it reduces visitor abandonment.
